7x7 taxation?

Anyone doing it? I'm thinking about sending a message to everyone in my 7X7 and letting them know about a new neighborhood taxation that will be implemented, and let them know that they cannot build any armies. There's about 4 that I haven't been able to get resources from by raiding, so I figure I might try to get something from them.

I think it would be funny to see what responses I would get. Hopefully I get my new village up later tonight, or tomorrow morning and start working on my army and getting that siege shop up to get catas and start scouting to make sure they aren't building an army and take care of the ones that do.

Not a good idea. They can hide troops somewhere else, therefore a potential threat. Just keep farming them, it's only a click away... (Catapult those that don't yeild good resources).

Although i have never done it and wouldnt be that way. I would stick to raids. I have seen it done succesfully and seen it backfire aswell . Its your call. If you are dealing with low pops and know alliance people. I would try it. I know where you are. You could offer protection for there recourses daily. Once they get big enough they could join us. Its a game. There are many ways to play it.
