I hit him again and destroyed his iron mine... nothing at all this time.

I also hit a guy right next to me 4 times. I started getting nothing from raids, and his pop was starting to go up when it hasn't in weeks. All last night and this morning.. and then about an hour later his whole alliance disbands, hope it wasn't because of me??
